It Can Be Easy To Forget You’re Just A Person

When I forget, please remind me.

By

It can be easy to forget to be kind in the presence of fear.

It can be easy to forget that we all feel pain just not all at the same time.

It can be easy to forget we all share the air; my lungs have held the same breath that your lungs have held.

It can be easy to forget that moments end and will never be again.

It can be easy to forget this all ends and we don’t know when that will be.

It can be easy to forget that love is actually something that exists in every cell and element surrounding you.

It can be easy to forget that no one else in this world is quite as unique and authentic as you.

It can be easy to forget that it feels so much better to tell someone how you feel.

It can be easy to forget to leave space for things to reveal and heal.

It can be easy to forget this is all temporary and you must move intently and truly in all you do.

It can be easy to forget that listening to another who has something to tell is a great gift and a lesson on how to truly hear.

It can be easy to forget just sitting, being with someone in a time of struggle may be all they really need.

It can be easy to forget we are not on this journey alone- please reach out your hand.

It can be easy to forget that quiet words and actions can leave a much greater impression than loud.

It can be easy to forget the life you create is an extension of you.

When I forget, please remind me.

Remind me and keep reminding me.

I want to be the very best person I can be.
