If something is bothering you speak up. Don’t back down from your opinions because others don’t agree but do it with humility.

You’re happy, you have a pretty good life going for you but you don’t feel like you deserve it. 10 steps forward quickly feels like 20 steps backwards. No one else sees it that way but it is exhausting.

Stay single because you shouldn’t settle for temporary; you shouldn’t accept less than you deserve.

He is holding you back from moving forward towards happiness.

Use that as the glue that holds you together. You have to be willing to have a deep heart to heart with yourself. Take a slow deep breath and let go.

You’re more than a bad grade, a snide comment from someone who is probably trying to cast attention away from them, a boss who downgrades your work, or any other bad thing that could happen to a person.

The ladies of The North may not have it all together, hell do any of us really? They fight through it though. So screw perfect, it’s overrated.

I’m not a failure, I’m brilliant and I will continue to live a wonderful life no matter what is thrown my way.

You’re powerful because you’re enough.

I know that I’m so grateful that all my feeble attempts at love and relationships before had failed — because they led me to you.
