Read This When You Feel Like You Are Lost And Alone
Be true to yourself. Embrace who you really are. Be your most authentic self and the right people will draw close to you without forcing connections.
It’s normal to feel lost. It’s when you don’t know who you really are. When you are uncertain about your feelings. When you are not happy with what you’re facing. When you are trying to identify what you are really passionate about, etc. The list goes on.
It’s okay. You need to embrace that feeling until eventually, you see that you are finally on the right path in life.
You need to be aware that you are feeling that way. Self-awareness will always be the stepping stone in order to decode certain realizations in life.
We sometimes try to put on a mask because society dictates how we should look, how we should act, and the beliefs and values we should to live up to. We try to please other people when it should be ourselves that we should please.
Putting on a mask and being someone you are not will only drive you insane. It will make you question your self-worth.
Stop pretending to be someone you are not because you will only fool yourself. And fooling yourself leads to fooling other people as well.
We are all different and unique individuals in our own ways. We have our own identity.
Be true to yourself. Embrace who you really are. Be your most authentic self and the right people will draw close to you without forcing connections.
Knowing who you are is one of the most important parts of living a happy life. It will always be the foundation of figuring out what you want to do for the rest of your life.
Don’t let your past define what you are going to do in the future.
Stop blaming what you’ve been through. Accept what happened to you and learn from it. Don’t continually live in the past because it will only sabotage the future.
Remember that no matter what life throws at you, you will be able to overcome it. Be happy that you are experiencing those trials in order for you to be wiser and stronger.
Nobody else can make you feel better. It is only you who can really help yourself at the end of the day because you are the one who really knows yourself and how you can be helped.
You need to know what makes you genuinely happy.
When you try to explore a lot of things, then you will know what you are passionate about in life. Having a certain love for what you do will dictate and lead you toward what you want to do for the rest of your life.
If you find your passion, you will be able to have a career path that will make you feel happy, content, and most importantly, feel like you’re not dragging yourself to work just for the money.
You have a purpose in life.
Life is not merely about existing. Life is worth living if you know how to live.
That includes your purpose. It may be about putting a smile on someone’s face through entertainment, creating products or services that will benefit everyone, enriching others’ lives, saving lives of abandoned animals, etc.
We all live in one world and our purpose should always be connected to helping out the fellow human beings we live with, nature, and the animals. It shouldn’t be all about ourselves because being selfish with what we think our purpose is won’t lead us to feeling fulfilled once we reach our deathbeds.
You don’t need to rush to figure things out. Enjoy the present. Don’t lose hope.
