Getting your body moving is one of the best ways to free your mind. Go on a run, take a dance class, go for a swim, or just get out and do something active.

I am okay with having salty skin on a day following the beach or dirt-stained feet after a day of wandering barefoot outside. If I am out camping, I will use the river as my bath or if I am out at sea, the salty water will have to suffice. The less I shower, the more I appreciate getting clean again.

I see so many people (with time) get so caught up in their work or stress of everyday life to a point that they no longer have any desires any more.

In the Netherlands one can purchase the psychoactive mushroom species in the form of truffles. I obtained these “magic truffles” in a smart shop in Amsterdam. I never would have thought a fungus could teach me so much.

Many girls try to justify why they stay in bad relationships. With a culture that has become accustomed to hooking up, I know many girls who truly don’t understand what it means to be treated “right” by a guy.

When you hear a song for the first time, you immediately determine whether you like the sound of it or not.

Don’t Take Anything Too Seriously

Affection is so important, and something as seemingly small as a hug can actually brighten your day. There is nothing like giving or receiving a meaningful hug from someone.

You want to be surrounded by people who make you feel good and alive and inspired. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter where you are, it is who you are with.
