This Person Overheard Two Women Plotting To Catch Their Cheating Husbands And Live-Tweeted The Whole Damn Thing

This is something straight out of a sitcom.

I’m going to be honest: my #1 favorite thing to do in the world is to eavesdrop on conversations that have nothing to do with me. I like the ~ drama ~ (especially when I’m not involved whatsoever) and honestly there’s just something so interested about getting such a close look at a stranger’s life. So what if it’s kind of rude? Sue me.

I think this woman would agree with me. Twitter user BJ Colangelo was just chillin’ at an airport bar when she overheard a conversation between two women. But what she heard sounded literally like the plot of the funniest sitcom ever.

And live tweet the fuck out of it she did. We got the whole juicy story from her, and we’re obsessed.

At least the two have a little humor about the situation?

(In case you’re not sure what she’s referring to, it’s called Grace and Frankie and it’s fucking hilarious.)

Okay, can Shot Lady be my grandma now?

And that’s where the story ends, but BJ left us with this final note:

Honestly I feel so betrayed that I’m never going to find out the end of the story, as is the rest of Twitter. WE NEED TO KNOW.

Maybe we really COULD get a TV show out of this? At least it would give us closure.

I guess we’ll never know what happened to Shot Lady and Gum Lady and their possibly-gay husbands, but damn, that was one hell of a wild ride nonetheless. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
