Be Growth-Oriented Instead Of Goal-Oriented
Never stop learning. Don’t ever stop from growing. Always water your roots. Start saying “I can” instead of “I can’t”.

We all love to win.
None of us want to be a failure.
As a kid, we were taught to dig for your goals. Set as many dreams as you can and achieve them.
There is nothing wrong with that but there is a calamity to it.
The calamity here is the routine of it all. The contrived aspects of reaching your dreams are never a good thing. It’s a fatal flaw to every dreamer to settle in jumping to each dream. Dreams are food for the soul. You think that you are feeding and nourishing yourself with good intentions but in reality, you are starving yourself to death.
Success and fulfillment correlate with each other. As we find success in our goals, we feel fulfilled, but only for a short time. We may feel proud for a while, sure. But what’s the lesson in it? Is it just about feeding the soul for the sake of feeding it or do you want to let your soul grow?
Being goal-minded only stirs our lives for a moment while being growth minded, that’s forever.
Strive to grow no matter what. Even if you fail your dreams or the people believing in you.
Growth is a continuous flow of life. It makes our lives upside down, shaking the ground of our beings, whispering the words to keep us going, sharpening our intuitions, aligning the faults in our souls, and polishing the diamond inside all of us until the end so we can continue shimmering forever.
Goal setting has an end game. Growth setting, on the other hand, is a game that will never be over.
We are naturally hungry human beings. Hungry for success and achievement. Hungry for our dreams. It’s not a bad thing, really. But sometimes, success is not all there is. There is more to it.
Regardless of what definition you assign to success, I hope you strive for growth more than anything.
Create. Invent. Recreate. Reinvent.
Never stop learning. Don’t ever stop from growing. Always water your roots. Start saying “I can” instead of “I can’t”.
Don’t starve your soul, mind, and spirit. You need to make them grow equally.
Bear in mind that growth does not happen in one night. Growth is constant losing, failing, and fearing. Growth is not a beautiful process. It is a painful one. But the product is sure beautiful if you know what you are doing.
Growth is an inch-a-day progress.
Our growth tomorrow depends on the little things we do today.
