The Brazilian City Where The United States Is Playing Against Germany Is Basically Flooded

The United States will be playing against Germany today in Recife, Brazil.

However, reports are surfacing that a torrential storm has flooded the city overnight.

According to the Washington Post, 2.9 inches had come down over that region. Deadspin is reporting that there is significant flooding throughout parts of the city.
