7 Social Situations That Shouldn’t Give Me Anxiety But Do
There are everyday occurrences that aren’t a big deal and most people seem to handle them gracefully, but my worrisome, cynical imagination doesn’t allow me to do that and I’m hoping there are others out there who can relate to and share this pain.

Like, if life were a magazine (I guess LIFE is a magazine, technically) I’d be a longtime subscriber who has collected all of the issues, then sold them to a used bookstore for an abundance of anxieties. There are everyday occurrences that aren’t a big deal and most people seem to handle them gracefully, but my worrisome, cynical imagination doesn’t allow me to do that and I’m hoping there are others out there who can relate to and share this pain. Matter of fact, it’d be great if we could unite and embrace our nervousness. Own it folks, cheer at the top of your lungs: We’ve got anxiety, yes we do, we’ve got anxiety how about you?! (Okay, people are giving us weird glares now so maybe we should stop chanting and just never draw that much attention to ourselves ever again.)
