Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez Got Married in Their Own Living Room, 10 Years to the Day After They Met
She grew up dreaming of the biggest castle, the longest dress, a crown full of diamonds. She married the most famous athlete on the planet at the kitchen table where they eat breakfast.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez said their vows in the living room of their home in Portugal on August 11, at the same table where the family shares breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She told Vogue she wants their kids to look at it in 30 years and think, “Something wonderful happened at this table.”

Rodríguez, 32, said she once imagined a castle, a carriage, a diamond crown. With castles and islands already within reach, what felt rare was something intimate at home with their children.

After the ceremony they drove to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, where a priest gave them a blessing. Ronaldo, 41, is dad to Cristiano Jr., 16, twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 9, and his and Rodríguez’s daughters Alana, 8, and Bella, 4. Their son Ángel died in 2022.

A bigger celebration with family and friends is still to come. “I needed nothing more,” Rodríguez said. “My husband, my children, our home, our faith, and our love.”
