Jill Biden is offering a new detail about the months before her husband’s cancer diagnosis, pointing to a nightly symptom she says went unaddressed for some time.

According to the former first lady, Joe Biden was getting up to use the bathroom seven times a night before he was diagnosed.

She’d raised it with White House doctors and thought it had been handled. The symptom kept up after they left, and that’s when she pushed him to see a specialist in Philadelphia.
