A Prayer For God To Open Every Door That Needs To Open In August

As August begins, I’m bringing you every door I’ve been standing in front of. The ones I’ve been knocking on for months. The ones that have stayed closed longer than I expected. The ones I’ve almost stopped believing would ever open. I’m asking you to open every single one that’s meant for me this month.

Not the doors I’ve been forcing out of desperation or impatience – the right ones. The ones that lead somewhere aligned with where you’re taking me. The ones that have my name on them. The ones that when they open, ‘ll know without a doubt that it was you.

Open doors in my finances that I haven’t been able to unlock on my own. Open doors in my purpose that have felt sealed all summer.

Open doors in relationships, in opportunities, in areas where I’ve been waiting so long I’ve started to wonder if anything will ever move.

God, let August be the month I walk through at least one door I’ve been standing outside of for too long. And give me the courage to walk through it when you do.

Open every door that needs to open, God.
