Keke Palmer Will Get a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2027, and Her Reaction Was Pure Disbelief
Keke Palmer found out on camera that she’s getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and she couldn’t get a full sentence out. “That’s crazy!” she said, then landed on the people she pictured seeing it: “The kids are going to love that!”
Palmer will be a 2027 Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree, and the video capturing the moment she heard the news is mostly her stringing together disbelief in real time.
“She’s winning,” she says, before rattling off the rest: “That’s so cool! That’s insane! Oh my gosh, that’s crazy!”
Palmer shared the clip herself, captioning it, “Baby, that’s 2027 Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree Keke Palmer!”
She’s had a busy stretch of public appearances leading into the announcement. She spoke onstage at the ESSENCE Festival of Culture in New Orleans on July 3, and just this week she joined a Comic-Con panel in San Diego on July 23 for “Inside the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.”
