Before July even begins, I’m asking you to cover it. Every single day of it. The days that will be easy and the ones that will be hard. The days I see coming and the ones that catch me completely off guard.
Cover my mind from what tries to enter it. Cover my heart from what tries to wound it. Cover my relationships from what tries to divide them. Cover my purpose from what tries to distract it. Go before me into every room, every conversation, every decision this month carries — and let nothing reach me that didn’t first pass through your hands.
God, I don’t know what July holds. But you do. So I’m trusting you with every day of it before it arrives. Let your presence be the thing that marks this month more than anything else.
