Bunnie Xo’s Ex-Husband Frankie Lombardo Says They Still Talk Every Day and He Has “Unfinished Business” with Her, as Her Divorce from Jelly Roll Plays Out
Frankie Lombardo, Bunnie XO’s second husband, says he still loves her, still talks to her every day, and still has “unfinished business” with her. He’s saying it while she’s in the middle of divorcing Jelly Roll.
Lombardo sat down with the Daily Mail in an interview published June 23, and Page Six, US Weekly, and The Sun have all carried the same quotes. He and Bunnie met on MySpace in 2009 while she was still married to her first husband, Christopher Gilbert. They got married in Hawaii in February 2010 and divorced in 2014.
He called the start of it “f–king weird.” Bunnie was still married when they met in person, allegedly told him “I want to make out with you,” and he moved in a week later. He says he served the divorce papers to her first husband himself.
The other early flashpoint was money. Bunnie was upfront from the jump that she had “sugar daddies,” out-of-state men who sent her cash she says she never met in person. Lombardo admits he was “super jealous,” wanted her “all to myself,” and that it caused fights. He still calls her a “good wife” and his “f–king best friend” from that era.
He says the marriage cracked when his parents and sister moved in after his parents lost their house over fraud charges. That, he says, “totally destroyed our relationship” and was the “lowest point” of his life.
On the split: “Bunnie was the only girl that broke my heart. She left me for another man and … [it] f***ing destroyed my life in a sense.” He claims the man she left him for later beat her up, calling it a “f–king nightmare.” Bunnie has written about an abusive ex named “Karma” in her February 2026 memoir Stripped Down, which lines up with that timeline.
