Trump Just Unveiled the New U.S. Passport with His Own Portrait and Signature Inside, Captioned “Welcome, But Be Good!”
The limited-edition passport pairs Trump’s portrait and signature with text from the Declaration of Independence and an image of the Founding Fathers signing it, all under “United States of America 250” branding for the country’s semiquincentennial.
He shared the rendering on Truth Social with the line, “The U.S.A.’s New Passport, which says, ‘Welcome, but be good!’ President DJT.”
The State Department announced the commemorative design back in April, keeping all the standard security features while adding the new artwork. The passports start reaching citizens who apply this summer, available while supplies last.
