Bailey Zimmerman Told Fans He Had to Cancel His Shows Because He Wasn’t Feeling Well. Police Say He Destroyed a $16,000 Hotel Room the Same Night
Police say the damage at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque topped $16,000: a broken phone, a damaged TV and coffee table, two ruined chairs, two more missing, a hole in one wall, and stained carpet. Zimmerman, 26, also charged more than $400 in alcohol to the room and left without paying the tab.

The affidavit lays out a long afternoon. At sound check around 4:30 p.m. on May 27, he stumbled onto the stage, destroyed a guitar, kicked over part of the drum kit, shoved a guitarist, and threw microphones to the ground. Security walked him back to the resort, where staff later gave him a deadline to leave and called police when he wouldn’t go.

A fourth-degree felony charge of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of falsely obtaining services followed on June 18. No bond has been set, and reps for Zimmerman haven’t responded to requests for comment.

It isn’t the first time. In January 2025, he apologized on camera for a Crash My Playa set, telling fans he was too drunk to play and that nobody got the show they paid for.
